Trauma Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities: Trauma nursing involves responding to quickly to a wide variety of single- and multi system trauma involving different patient needs, ages, cultures, and severity of presenting symptoms. The trauma nurse must respond with decisiveness and clarity to unexpected events by assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients about whom there is minimal information.

Salary: $66,220 per year

Education: In order to work in the field of a trauma nurse, you must start your venture with basic nursing training. You must also work to become a licensed registered nurse. Registered nurses are required to obtain a diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree. However, if you want to become a trauma nurse, it is required that you earn a bachelor degree.

Cardiologist

Duties and Responsibilities:    A cardiologist is someone in the medical field who provides health care to patients with heart disorders. They will diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases and many will perform both minor and major surgeries. This challenging career carries a lot of responsibility. Making a mistake can result in the death of the patient so the cardiologist must stay alert at all times and know what they’re doing. The salary for this position varies greatly.

Salary: $300,000 annually

Education: First, an aspiring cardiologist must have a bachelor's degree in order to get into medical school. The most logical pre-med bachelor degrees include courses in chemistry, mathematics, engineering or psychology. Then one must gain a passing score on the MCAT.

Biomedical Engineer

Duties and responsibilities: Biomedical engineers work in offices, laboratories, workshops, manufacturing plants, clinics and hospitals. Some local travel may be required if medical equipment is located in various clinics or hospitals. Most biomedical engineers work standard weekday hours. Longer hours may be required to meet research deadlines, work with patients at times convenient to them, or work on medical equipment that is in use during daytime hours.

Salary: $51,490 annually

Education: Entry-level positions in industry or clinical engineering positions in hospitals generally require a bachelor's degree in engineering with a major in biomedical engineering, or a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with a specialty in biomedical engineering. A working understanding of life sciences and medical terminology is required.

I do not believe this true because obedience is not the answer to everything.

reggie bush was a bad player because he cheated and the coaches knew but they let him play any way they won a trophy and reggie had to give it back because he did not play by the rules. He received cash and got gifts and live in a fancy house.

I think this is bad because he shouldn't have received all those gifts and the cash. His team would have kept the trophy if it wasn't for what he did.

Autogenic Training

Duties and responsibilities: Autogenic training consists of six standard exercises that make the body feel warm, heavy, and relaxed. For each exercise, you get into a simple posture sitting in a comfortable chair or reclining concentrate without any goal, and then use visual imagination and verbal cues to relax your body in some specific way.

Auricular Therapy

Duties and responsibilities: Auricular therapy is a healing practice that was used in the third century where the uses needles at acupuncture points on the outer ear that correspond to specific parts of the human body. This technique is a particularly effective treatment for many conditions, including addictions, mood disorders, obesity, pain, and muscular-skeletal and central nervous system disorders.

911 Memorial

On September 11, 2001, 19 militants associated with the Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda hijacked four airliners and carried out suicide attacks against targets in the United States. Two of the planes were flown into the towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, a third plane hit the Pentagon just outside Washington, D.C., and the fourth plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. Often referred to as 9/11, the attacks resulted in extensive death and destruction, triggering major U.S. initiatives to combat terrorism and defining the presidency of George W. Bush. Over 3,000 people were killed during the attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C 400 police died.

Athletic Trainer

Duties and responsibilities: The athletic trainer North Carolina Athletic Trainers Licensing Law as laid will practice said profession within the parameters of the out by the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners, and will follow both the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Athletic Trainers Association. These duties are based on the needs of the school and its athletic programs. The athletic trainer’s duties, enumerated in this document, should not be considered all inclusive. The Athletic Director, as necessary, shall modify duties. The athletic trainer will be present at home athletic contests and practices and shall attend other post-season and home-hosted contests as directed by the Athletic Director.

Salary: $35,000-75,000 per year
